Warranty Information ADIRONDACK FLAGPOLE COMPANY STANDARD WARRANTY Seller and/or manufacturer warrants to repair or replace, at seller's option, any product or equipment which fails due to defect in material or workmanship, for fifteen [15] years and for five [5] years for all associated hardware provided by the manufacturer exclusive of the cotton or polyester flag itself. Warranty does not cover any damage or failure that is due to improper installation, misapplication, or failure to notify common carrier of apparent or concealed damages in due time. This guarantee is limited to the repair or replacement on the material involved and does not include reimbursement for the expense of installation, removal of equipment, transportation or any other expense, which may be incurred. Authorization must be obtained from the Adirondack Flagpole Company in Keeseville, NY, before any material is returned or replaced. Return, repair, or replacement of material without prior approval from the Adirondack Flagpole Company voids the warranty. You may request the official Adirondack Flagpole Warranty in writing with every product ordered, and you are welcome to review the complete warranty before your purchase, which will be mailed to you upon request. All flapoles are Tested and Certified for wind ratings of 65 MPH flagged and 90 MPH unflagged. Improper sizing of flag may void warranty. Lightning strikes are not covered unless certified lightning protection has been installed by the manufacturer. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY MADE IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OR MECHANTABILITY AND FITNESS.
